• You automatically get the 2-year guarantee on all shrubs & trees that you purchase from us. 
• You can get an extended guarantee for your trees, if you purchase a tree planting package. 
• This package greatly increases the chances of your tree surviving the trauma of  transplanting.

Two-year Guarantee on shrubs & trees:

• The Eising Greenhouses 100% two year guarantee is subject to the presentation of your receipt and the dead nursery stock.
• We will replace the full amount paid once for any nursery stock that dies within two years after the purchase date by a gift card - no cash refunds.
• Store Specials  and Sales items are guaranteed for the purchase price only. However all replacement plants are not guaranteed.
• Roses and fruit trees, butterfly bush, grasses and perennials are guaranteed until Thanksgiving of the same year the purchase was made.
• Clearance items are not guaranteed.
• Tropical plants are guaranteed within three months from date of purchase. Return both the plant and the receipt and we will issue a gift card for the full amount paid or a replacement plant.
• Credit notes can be used at any time within the next year on a replacement plant or any merchandise.

Five Year Conditional Tree Guarantee:

PLANTING IN MOST SOILS

1. Dig the hole 2 times wider and for depth a little less than  the plant’s root massdepth.
   Soil preparation, mix up the following:
    - 1/3-  original soil
    - 2/3 - 3 in 1 Garden soil, topsoil or triple mix
2. When planting large heavy balls, the soil at the bottom of the hole should be left solid to prevent the tree from settling.
3. The finished level of the tree should be higher than surrounding soil and must be 3” higher in clay soils
4. Do not backfill with soil over existing stem.
5. Mulch around stem 2-3” deep cedar mulch to conserve moisture and reduce weeding.
6. Trees should be staked for 2-3 years.
7. Water well and deep with transplant  fertilizer immediately after planting.  Water deep and slow twice a week for first month after planting to ensure successful rooting out.

The Eising Greenhouses five year guarantee on trees is valid ONLY upon purchase of our Tree planting package to ensure success which consists of:

1. Bag of triple mix to enrich soil
2. Any bag of Mulch to cool roots, inhibit weeds and conserve moisture
3. Transplant fertilizer or Bonemeal to establish good roots.
